Job Title: IT Intern (Products and Services IT team)
Job Summary:
Hanger, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join their Products and Services IT team. This internship provides valuable practical work experience, primarily focusing on technical support and project management. The intern will have opportunities to assist developers and contribute to overall team dynamics within an IT environment.
Responsibilities:
• Gain experience in and support the team with Agile methodologies, project management, and team dynamics.
• Provide support for facilitating meetings, accurately tracking progress, and actively removing impediments.
• Assist developers with a variety of basic technical tasks.
• Create informative dashboards, comprehensive reports, and other necessary technical documentation.
• Proactively and timely respond to all project-related communications.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users, addressing their immediate IT needs.
• Attend all required project meetings.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be detail-oriented with a consistently high level of accuracy in all work.
• Basic proficiency with Atlassian suite products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Basic proficiency in common programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of software lifecycle management.
