- Manage and resolve IT support tickets, addressing issues such as access problems, software and hardware troubleshooting, and general user assistance.

- Administer the M365 environment, covering user and group management, access controls, and security configurations.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, utilizing tools like Cisco Meraki.
- Contribute to the maintenance of security policies, support the company’s progress toward SOC and ISO 27001 certifications, and respond to security questionnaires from clients and partners.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role, coupled with a strong hunger to learn and grow.
- Proven experience troubleshooting technical issues across various domains: hardware, software, and access management.
- Basic understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and privacy regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with diverse teams across all departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation tools, particularly n8n.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT).
- Knowledge of M365 administration.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, or similar.
- Scripting experience in languages like Python or JavaScript.
