Investor Relations & FP&A Analyst – Mobility | Mobility Global
The Tone:
This is a full-time, in-person role at Mobility Global. Mobility Global is a newly independent, publicly traded company, recently spun off from S&P Global, focusing on its Mobility Segment. This role is crucial for establishing and scaling a best-in-class Investor Relations function, laying the foundation for the company’s public market presence from day one. You will sit at the intersection of financial analysis, earnings execution, and capital markets messaging, helping to communicate a credible and consistent investment thesis.

• Mission: Establish and maintain Mobility Global’s credibility and consistent investment thesis to the capital markets as a new public company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Earnings Execution: Own the accuracy and reconciliation of all earnings materials and disclosures, coordinating end-to-end logistics.
• Investor Insights: Proactively identify likely investor and analyst pressure points, building fact-based responses from cross-functional diligence.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain and analyze the Street consensus template, monitoring sell-side models and conducting peer teardowns.
• Strategic Valuation: Support internal valuation and capital markets analysis, along with shareholder and trading analysis.
• Investor Day Lead: Lead and coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of Mobility Global’s Investor Day.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in Corporate FP&A, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or a similar analytical role with demonstrated quantitative and financial analysis experience.
• Skills: Advanced Excel (complex formulas, reconciliation, scenario modeling); PowerPoint (executive-ready investor decks); FactSet or Equivalent (consensus, estimates, ownership, market data); meticulous data integrity mindset; strong writing and synthesis for investor-grade narratives; self-starter with strong judgment under pressure.
