Job Description: Investment Brokerage Intern
Marcus & Millichap is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investment Brokerage Intern to support a top-producing Commercial Real Estate Broker based in Holmdel, New Jersey, at Bell Works Holmdel. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain CRM database of properties and ownership records.
• Maintain and segment email databases; generate call and email lists.
• Organize and update property listings across internal systems and third-party platforms such as CREXI and CoStar.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Constant Contact.
• Market Research & Communication:
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support client strategies and investment decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients in a professional setting.
• Leverage AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research, communication, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
This internship is ideal for individuals interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate, investment sales, or brokerage services. The internship will be approximately 6-9 months, on-site at Bell Works Holmdel.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in this role is $20 per hour.
