What You’ll Actually Do
Leadership: Lead junior bankers throughout all phases of a transaction, encompassing work review, expectation setting, and providing constructive feedback to foster development.
Communication: Develop and produce compelling business writing, including detailed selling memorandums and effective presentations, to support transaction objectives.
Client Engagement: Actively manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and delivering thoughtful advice and diligent execution through all economic environments.
Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships and establish trust with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative environment.
Advisory Services: Partner with corporate clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services across mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, private placements, restructuring, and corporate & venture services, with a focus on the healthcare sector.

The Must-Haves
Background: An MBA degree is highly valued, demonstrating advanced business acumen, combined with a core domain knowledge in investment banking or closely related financial services, specifically within the healthcare sector.
Experience: Requires a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated investment banking experience, or alternatively, an MBA degree supplemented by 3+ years of investment banking or closely related professional experience. Meaningful M&A transaction experience is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
Skills: Possess strong business writing skills for crafting persuasive documents, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in financial modeling. Demonstrated client management skills are essential for nurturing and expanding client relationships.
