Investment Banking Summer Internship Analyst – Summer 2025

Program Overview:

This 10-week full-time paid internship program runs from June to August 2025 and requires in-person attendance at your assigned location in the continental United States. The program prepares undergraduates for a career in investment banking through hands-on experience and training.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly on strategic advisory and financing-related transactions and assignments.
• Gain insight into best investment banking practices.
• Participate in networking opportunities and mentorship from senior leaders.
• Receive exposure to executives across the firm.
• Develop valuable on-the-job skills through:
• On-the-job training
• Detailed market analysis
• Financial modeling exercises
• Preparation of client engagement materials
• Collaborate with your team and colleagues on client deliverables and strategic initiatives.
• Present in front of senior leadership.

Potential Placement:

This internship program offers potential placement into a full-time role with one of the following Capital Markets lines of business:

• Derivatives
• Financing
• M&A
• KippsDeSanto
• TripleTree

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Investment Banking products and services.
• Organize and create client marketing presentations, memoranda, and deliverables.
• Conduct industry and market research and analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and business valuations.

Qualifications:

Basic:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher degree.
• Expected graduation date of July 2026 or earlier.
• Must be continuing in the same course of study following the internship.

Preferred:

• Major in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Knowledge of general accounting and finance principles.
• Passion for the financial markets and the economy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
