Job Description:

This is a full-time, onsite internship program in New York, NY. It is a highly competitive program aimed at MBA students with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026. Successful candidates will have 3+ years of prior work experience.

Responsibilities:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Investment Banking business: Through immersive training, participation in exciting projects, and engagement in a variety of initiatives.
Explore the professional world through practice and teamwork.
Provide global advice to corporate clients: Supporting them in the execution of their strategic goals, including raising capital for expansion, acquiring other companies, and developing innovative financial solutions.
Develop long-term relationships with clients: Craft strategies that help clients grow and innovate while offering them access to funding and executing transactions.
Manage risks in a complex environment: Provide sound advice and help clients manage risks.
Collaborate with teams: Bring comprehensive solutions to client challenges, enabling them to achieve their objectives and maintain competitiveness in global markets.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) students with an expected graduation date of May/June 2026.
• 3+ years of prior work experience.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and courageous leadership.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to express facts and ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong critical thinking abilities, including the capacity to develop solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to multi-task as needed.
• Ability to work independently on special projects.
• Ability to effectively contribute in a team environment.
• Commitment to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all perspectives are valued and people are welcomed.

Preferred:

$175K/yr – $175K/yr
