Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program

This program provides internships for undergraduate and graduate students. Summer Analysts gain extensive training and on-the-job experience in the world of Investment Banking, making meaningful contributions to the Stephens team.

This generalist program involves:

• Working on pitches and live deals alongside analysts and bankers of all seniority levels.
• The opportunity to become a full-time employee with Stephens upon graduation for strong performers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting in developing detailed financial analysis for various transactions.
• Assisting in developing and composing presentation materials such as:
• Tailored pitch books
• Confidential Information Memorandums
• Other marketing materials
• Assisting in conducting quantitative and qualitative industry research and analysis.
• Performing operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate coursework in Finance or Accounting preferred.
