• Mission: Act as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies, raising capital, and assisting with various financial transactions.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Participate: Engage in client transactions, projects, or assignments as a junior member of the Investment Banking team, working with senior officers and professionals.
• Analyze: Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data that is used in the creation of client proposals and strategic plans.
• Prepare: Develop written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for both pitch presentations and live deals.
• Research: Conduct economic and financial research to evaluate a company’s financial performance relative to overall industry and market trends.
• Develop: Build complex financial models specifically for valuation purposes to support client advisory services.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree or University degree, or equivalent experience, is required for this intermediate-level position in Investment Banking.
• Experience: Possess 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, and hold current Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
• Skills: Demonstrate consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapidly changing environment to meet deadlines.
