What You’ll Actually Do
• Execution: Play a key role in the transaction execution process, ensuring project success.
• Analysis: Develop and oversee detailed financial analyses and prepare models for various transaction types.
• Valuation: Perform extensive valuation and pricing analyses to inform strategic recommendations.
• Presentation: Create compelling Confidential Information Presentations, management presentations, and marketing pitches.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain direct relationships with current and prospective clients, supporting business development and marketing plans.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum 3 years of investment banking experience, or an MBA coupled with 1 year of investment banking experience.
• Experience: Advising clients within the broader industrials space, with a commitment to working hard and safeguarding confidential information.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and modeling skills, strong interpersonal, accounting, and finance capabilities, and an extraordinary focus on work quality and attention to detail.
• Bonus: Prior experience with Specialty Distribution and/or Business Services sectors.
