What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute investment banking deals with a focus on consistent execution across technology transactions, contributing significantly to the firm’s strategic advisory efforts.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including detailed financial modeling, valuation, LBO analysis, and deal structuring to support transaction processes.
• Manage client communications effectively, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a strong executive presence when interacting with high-profile clients.
• Prepare essential deal documentation such as pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), board materials, and management presentations for various transactions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally within the team, managing multiple workstreams and thriving in a demanding environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An Associate-level professional possessing a strong foundation in accounting principles, corporate finance methodologies, and current market trends relevant to investment banking.
• Experience: A minimum of one year of direct investment banking experience is required, with previous involvement preferably in capital markets or specific technology sector coverage.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques, various valuation methodologies, leveraged buyout (LBO) analysis, and sophisticated deal structuring.
• Bonus: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a strong executive presence, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross-functionally, and uphold a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
