What You’ll Actually Do
• Relationships: Develop and strengthen client relationships, participating on advisory teams.
• Analysis: Create and analyze financial models, performing customized company valuation analysis.
• Presentations: Organize and prepare client presentations that explain industry trends and financial advice.
• Transactions: Manage transaction processes, assist in structuring deals, and actively participate in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and issuances.
• Coordination: Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers for various transactions, leading due diligence processes and participating in legal documentation negotiations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Mid-Level career professional with a history of outstanding academic and professional achievement in an investment banking environment.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking at the associate level.
• Skills: Strong team orientation, ability to work effectively with team members across groups and regions, analytical thinking, financial modeling, company valuation analysis.
• Bonus: Previous FinTech / Technology / Software sector experience preferred.
