What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Perform extensive financial and valuation analyses to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Modeling: Build advanced financial models to value potential and actual clients and/or industries, integrating broad finance and accounting knowledge.
• Due Diligence: Lead due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation for potential and live transactions, proactively identifying and raising issues.
• Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing a broad understanding of investment banking solutions.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide constructive feedback to analysts, acting as an on-the-job trainer and ensuring quality work product.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with anticipated graduation between December 2026 and June 2027, focusing on finance and accounting.
• Experience: SIE Exam required prior to employment, with Series 79 and Series 63 to be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Skills: Strong analytical and mathematical abilities, excellent writing and verbal communication, deep understanding of accounting and finance, effective leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Prior work experience or an internship in the financial services industry, sound judgment, and a strong desire for success.
