What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Advisory: Develop financial models, pitch book materials, and conduct company research and data analysis to advise clients on mergers & acquisition transactions and corporate finance offerings.
• Transaction Execution: Lead transaction execution, participate in new business presentations and meetings, conduct market research, and develop sector-based knowledge on current trends.
• Team Development: Work with and train Analysts in the development of pitch books and related client materials.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and control deficiencies within the business.
• Compliance: Review and comply with Firm Policies applicable to group business activities, escalating operational risk loss events, control deficiencies, and risks to management in a timely manner.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or MBA, MA, or MS with an emphasis in business, finance/accounting, or economics. Career level: Manager.
• Experience: At least four years experience in Investment Banking; or at least 1 year of experience in Investment Banking with an MBA, MA, or MS. Standout preferred qualification: Previous experience in the CME or relevant sector.
• Skills: Solid understanding of capital markets, financial and accounting knowledge, outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and Series 79 & 63 licensed.
• Bonus: Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests, ability to take initiative and function independently, and strong teaming skills.
