Quik Hire Staffing is actively seeking an Investment Banking Expert to serve one of their esteemed clients, recognized as a global leader within the financial services industry. This pivotal role requires deep expertise in financial modeling, advanced valuation methodologies, and meticulous deal execution to effectively support the client’s strategic advisory services. The associate will be instrumental in contributing to high-impact transactions and critical strategic advisory engagements.

• Mission: To leverage deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services and high-impact transactions for a global financial services leader.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including detailed Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models, Leveraged Buyout (LBO) analyses, and comparable company analyses for a variety of potential transactions.
• Client Materials Development: Prepare professional pitch books, detailed offering memoranda, and other essential transaction-related materials required for client presentations and engagement.
• M&A Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate merger and acquisition opportunities through rigorous due diligence processes and thorough financial feasibility assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Collaborate closely with senior bankers to strategically structure deals and skillfully negotiate terms with both clients and their respective counterparties.
• Market Intelligence & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of prevailing market trends, significant regulatory changes, and critical industry developments that could impact investment banking operations and strategy.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A minimum of 5 years of professional investment banking experience is required, with a preference for backgrounds in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, or corporate finance. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, comprehensive financial statements, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) standards.
• Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in various financial modeling techniques and advanced valuation methodologies is essential. This includes expert use of Excel, incorporating advanced formulas and macros. Required experience also spans pitch book development, delivering client presentations, and navigating complex deal execution processes, coupled with proven client-facing experience.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and robust problem-solving abilities are critical, all executed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Bonus: A high degree of flexibility and adaptability is preferred, enabling the individual to effectively respond to evolving market conditions and demanding client requirements.
