The Tone:
This is a full-time role at SSG Capital Advisors LLC, located in Conshohocken, PA. SSG is an independent boutique investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory, restructurings, private placements, and valuations for middle-market companies. With over 500 transactions closed, SSG delivers customized financial solutions, making this Analyst role critical for supporting complex deal processes. This position offers unique exposure to diverse transaction types and industries, alongside close interaction with clients and senior bankers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements to support transactional decisions.
• Financial Modeling: Build comprehensive financial models for various transaction scenarios.
• Industry Research: Conduct thorough industry research to inform deal strategy and materials.
• Material Preparation: Prepare essential transactional materials for client and investor presentations.
• Deal Support: Assist senior bankers with critical deal-related activities throughout the transaction process.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professionals with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
• Experience: At least 6-12 months of experience, preferably in investment banking, lending, accounting, valuation, or consulting.
• Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, writing, and communication skills; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
