What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Modeling: Create intricate financial models to support various investment banking activities.
• Valuations: Conduct comprehensive financial valuations for client businesses and transactions.
• Business Development: Create and maintain industry-specific business development books to identify new opportunities.
• Research: Conduct in-depth industry- and company-specific research to inform strategic advice and execution.
• Client Interaction: Interact directly with clients and senior bankers to contribute to project execution and relationship management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required. This is an entry-level position for individuals graduating in May/June 2027.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record of success, along with familiarity with finance, accounting, and financial modeling. You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Skills: Demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills. Essential abilities include creating innovative solutions, articulating complex ideas, adapting to a rapidly changing environment, working well under pressure, and managing multiple projects efficiently.
