The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Financial Technology Partners / FT Partners, located in San Francisco. FT Partners is a highly successful boutique investment bank with over 200 global employees, specializing in financial and strategic advisory services within the high-growth Financial Technology sector. This role is crucial as Analysts are included in all aspects of transactions, working directly with senior bankers and immediately contributing to the firm’s success on M&A and capital raising deals. • Mission: Execute M&A and capital raising transactions within the Financial Technology sector, supporting all aspects from origination to closing.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Involvement: Be included in all aspects of transactions from origination to closing.
• Deal Management: Take responsibility for the day-to-day activities of each transaction.
• Senior Collaboration: Work directly with senior bankers on live deals.
• Analytical Execution: Apply strong quantitative and technical skills to support transaction activities.
• Deadline Management: Perform under pressure and manage tight deadlines during deal execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduates of undergraduate or Master programs, or students graduating by December 2026. Finance or Accounting major preferred.
• Experience: Prior finance and/or accounting internship experience ideal.
• Skills: Excellent problem solving and analytic ability, strong quantitative and technical skills, strong data management and research skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Minimum 3.7 cumulative GPA, 1400 SAT / 30 ACT strongly preferred.
