Inventory Control Specialist | PepsiCo

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Accuracy: Reconcile inbound and outbound shipments, perform various inventory counts, and resolve discrepancies to minimize product shrink.
• Warehouse Operations: Receive, organize, and properly store incoming shipments, while also supporting product break, rework, and repack activities.
• Systems & Data: Maintain accurate inventory records within SAP and other inventory management systems, ensuring correct data entry and supporting inventory reporting.
• Quality & Safety: Assist in maintaining high PQI standards, facility cleanliness, and organized work areas, consistently adhering to safety standards and operational procedures.
• Customer Impact: Support timely and accurate order fulfillment to minimize out-of-stock situations and ensure correct cases are shipped to customers, contributing to improved service levels.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Career level: Early Career. Foundational understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Experience: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records within inventory management systems like SAP.
• Skills: Basic computer skills including MS Office, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to lift and move items, and good communication and organizational skills.
