Job Description
We are offering Internship & Volunteer positions across several departments: Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development.
Available Tracks:
• Marketing:
• Assist in content creation and social media management (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• Help execute user acquisition campaigns and track marketing performance
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to marketing strategy discussions
• Operations:
• Support day-to-day operational processes for exchange launch and maintenance
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on project progress
• Track user issues and help optimize workflows
• Product:
• Conduct product research and assist in drafting user stories and documentation
• Collect and organize user feedback
• Participate in feature testing and product iteration discussions
• Business Development:
• Research potential partners and token listing opportunities
• Assist in preparing BD materials and coordinating external meetings
• Track business engagement status and help report key metrics
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in the crypto, fintech, or Web3 space
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (any major welcome)
