Job Description: Internship & Volunteer
Gate US is offering internship and volunteer opportunities across several departments: Marketing, Operations, Product, and Business Development.
Available Tracks:
• 📌 Marketing:
• Assist in content creation and social media management (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.).
• Help execute user acquisition campaigns and track marketing performance.
• Conduct competitive research and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
• 📌 Operations:
• Support day-to-day operational processes for exchange launch and maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and follow up on project progress.
• Track user issues and help optimize workflows.
• 📌 Product:
• Conduct product research and assist in drafting user stories and documentation.
• Collect and organize user feedback.
• Participate in feature testing and product iteration discussions.
• 📌 Business Development:
• Research potential partners and token listing opportunities.
• Assist in preparing BD materials and coordinating external meetings.
• Track business engagement status and help report key metrics.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in the crypto, fintech, or Web3 space.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (any major welcome).
