Job Title: Internship Program

Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living (North Dallas, Texas)

Job Type: Internship (for college students)

Program Overview:
This internship program is designed for college students eager to launch their careers. It offers valuable, hands-on career experience, providing an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a desired field within the senior living and healthcare industry.

How You Will Make An Impact (Responsibilities):
Project Participation: Assist with and actively participate in special projects and initiatives.
Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and prepare detailed reports based on various data sets.
Operational Support: Provide support to your manager and the department to ensure smooth daily operations.
Training & Development: Complete structured learning modules and on-the-job training as assigned.
Adaptability: Take on other tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to various responsibilities.

Compensation:
Rate: Commensurate upon experience, up to $19.00 per hour.

What You Will Need (Requirements):
Education Status: Currently enrolled in college.
College Completion: A minimum of one year of college coursework completed.
Organizational Skills: Good organizational capabilities.
Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
