Job Description: Boeing Internship Program 2025
This program offers 10-12 week internship opportunities to motivated and innovative students. Interns will gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams on real-world problems. The program provides opportunities to:

• Experience Boeing products firsthand: Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities.

• Develop skills for future leadership: Gain valuable knowledge and experience to prepare for a career in the aerospace industry.
Internship Opportunities by Team:
Business Operations:
• Areas: Business Operations Analyst, Staff Analyst, Integrated Planning & Scheduling, Project Management, Manufacturing Operations Analyst, Methods Process Analyst.
• Locations: Primarily Puget Sound, WA area (Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn) with limited opportunities in North Charleston, SC.
• Focus: Essential roles supporting various business units: Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, Boeing Global Services, Boeing Capital Corporation, and Corporate.
Program Management / Integrated Planning and Scheduling (PM / IP&S):
• Areas: Assist with program planning, scheduling, and change management activities. Analyze and produce metrics related to plans. Support risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Locations: Various locations within Boeing Defense, Space and Security, and Boeing Global Services.
• Focus: Supporting the development and maintenance of integrated plans to ensure positive program performance.
Manufacturing and Operations:
• Locations: Primarily Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, Berkeley, MO, Huntsville, AL, and New Orleans, LA (Michoud facility). Additional locations may be considered.
• Focus: Expanding skills and professional development through assigned projects.
Sales & Marketing:
• Areas: Create value analysis models, support sales with existing models and ad hoc analyses, build industry forecasts.
• Locations: Opportunities across all business units, including Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, Boeing Global Services, Boeing Capital Corporation, and Corporate.
• Focus: Develop critical thinking, analytical, communication, data analysis, and financial acumen skills.
Hybrid and Onsite Work:
• Some positions may be hybrid, requiring both onsite and remote work.
• Other positions will be 100% onsite at the designated location.
Security Clearance Requirements:
• Some positions require an active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Some positions require “US Person” status as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.

Basic Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Anticipated graduation date on or after August 2025.
• Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Passion for the aerospace industry.
• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher).
• Previous business or related internships or work experience.
• Involvement with student or civic organizations.
• Majoring in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management, Information Systems, or other related fields.
• The ability to telecommute.
• The ability to relocate and work onsite.

Pay Range: $37,000 – $80,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
