Job Description: Internship Program
This internship program is designed for college students looking to gain hands-on career experience. As an intern at Greenspring Village, you will work closely with experienced professionals in your chosen field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with and actively participate in special projects and initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and prepare detailed reports based on data.
• Offer support to your manager and department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Complete structured learning and on-the-job training as assigned.
• Take on other tasks as required, adapting to various responsibilities.
What You Will Need:
• Currently enrolled in college with a minimum of one year completed.
• Good organizational capabilities.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting compensation of $18.00/hour.
