District Overview – Kiewit Central District

Kiewit’s Central District stands as one of our largest infrastructure districts, specializing in a diverse range of projects including heavy civil, structural concrete/bridge, water/wastewater, and transportation. We pride ourselves on our ability to self-perform work such as mass grading, drainage, paving, utility work, and more – so be prepared to get your hands dirty! While our headquarters are located in Denver, Colorado, the majority of our work is concentrated across the Rockies, Midwest, and South-Central regions of the United States. Location

Although headquartered in Denver, Colorado, the Central District manages projects spanning anywhere from the Rockies to the Mississippi River. A significant portion of our work is concentrated in Colorado, Tennessee, Nebraska, New Mexico, and Montana. Additionally, we frequently partner with our sister districts on projects in surrounding states such as Texas, Kentucky, and Louisiana. Our projects are situated in both large cities and small towns, necessitating that our people are willing to go where the work is. Your specific job assignment location will be determined closer to your start date. Ability to travel and relocate as business requires is essential.
