Agentio aims to usher in a new era of brand and creator partnerships by enabling the purchase of authenticity and trust at scale. They envision shifting a significant portion of the $600 billion digital ad spend market towards creators, thereby empowering creators to sustainably produce content, build their careers, and earn a living from their work. This vision is realized through their ad platform, which provides advertisers with end-to-end automation, drastically reducing processes that once took weeks down to mere seconds.

About the Job (Internship Opportunity)

This internship offers a unique opportunity for ambitious students to gain significant exposure to brand and creator partnerships within an early-stage, high-growth technology startup. The role is inherently cross-functional, involving collaboration with leadership across sales, creator strategy, and product teams to support both sides of Agentio’s two-sided marketplace.

This is a dual-focused role, allowing the intern to:
Build, support, and grow relationships with high-performing YouTube creators.
Support brand clients in aspects such as campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization for success.

As a foundational part of Agentio’s Go-To-Market team, the intern will work closely with the Head of Sales and VP of Creator Strategy to drive campaign execution and ensure high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The internship is divided into two primary areas:

Creator Partnerships:
• Conduct in-depth research to identify top YouTube creators and assess their suitability for ongoing brand campaigns.
• Manage a pipeline of creators, effectively communicating Agentio’s unique value proposition to facilitate their onboarding.
• Cultivate relationships with managers and agents within the creator ecosystem to foster business growth, support creator onboarding, gather product feedback, and help elevate the creator/manager business.
• Collaborate with the Creator team to ensure that selected creators for campaigns are brand-safe and performance-driven.
• Stay abreast of the latest creator trends, platform changes, and emerging voices on YouTube and other relevant platforms.

Brand Sales & Client Success:
• Provide support to the Brand Sales team for campaign onboarding, client management, and day-to-day operations, with a focus on streamlining workflows and identifying improvements.
• Analyze campaign data, translating complex performance metrics into clear, actionable insights for brands to enhance campaign success.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with sales, client success, creator partnerships, and product teams to ensure timely content delivery and that campaign goals are clearly aligned and met.
• Assist in the creation of performance reports or marketing collateral designed to optimize the experience for both brands and creators on Agentio, and to enhance their understanding of the creator and brand landscape.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior, ideally graduating in 2025 or 2026.
• Available to work 25–40 hours per week in-person from Agentio’s Williamsburg office.
• Possesses a strong interest in the YouTube creator space, digital marketing, startups, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Naturally curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a pronounced growth mindset.
• Comfortable and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Bonus Points For
• Practical experience with Google Sheets (including formulas and pivot tables), CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and Notion.
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics platforms such as Tubular or similar tools.
• Proven experience in client communication, data storytelling, or project coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to simplify work processes or daily tasks.
