Job Description: Internship Program

This internship program offers a 12-week experience (May – August, 40 hours/week) designed to provide interns with meaningful and impactful work within Nationwide Financial. The program includes opportunities to:

• Contribute to Projects: Interns will work on projects that directly impact the company’s success and objectives.
• Professional Development: Attend learning sessions led by key business leaders and network with fellow interns, team members, and alumni.
• Mentorship and Job Shadowing: Work with experienced professionals and senior-level executives.
• Community Engagement: Participate in initiatives that give back to the communities where Nationwide operates.
• Travel: Participate in periodic company-paid trips to the Columbus, Ohio office throughout the 12-week program.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2-3 semesters remaining before graduation.
• Understanding or interest in the financial services industry.
• Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities.
• Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
• Strong commitment to teamwork and customer focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is: $21 – $50.
