Description:

Nationwide Financial Internship Program:

This 12-week program (May – August, 40 hours/week) offers a variety of roles in Project Management, Operations, and Sales. The internship program provides:

High-impact, high-profile assignments: You’ll contribute to real projects with tangible impact on the company’s operations and business objectives.
Professional development: Attend learning sessions led by key business leaders and network with fellow interns, team members, and alumni.
Competitive compensation: The national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships is $21 – $50.
Intern and team-building experiences: Participate in activities designed to build relationships and enhance your skills.
Networking opportunities with leaders: Connect with senior-level executives and other professionals throughout the organization.

The internship program includes periodic company-paid travel visits to the Columbus, Ohio office.

Currently pursuings:

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and within 2-3 semesters of graduation.
Understanding or interest in the financial services industry.
Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities.
Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred).
Strong commitment to teamwork and customer focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. Sponsorship for qualifying positions is determined by Nationwide based on business need and budget. It is not usually available for entry-level roles.
