About the Internship Program

Role Details

Internships are available remotely across the US, offering opportunities within a diverse range of teams including but not limited to marketing, technology, finance, and talent. You will typically be with Todd for 12 weeks, during which you will be fully embedded and integrated into your respective team.

Our teams are a dynamic mix of staff-level college students and exceptionally driven young individuals, creating a vibrant and energetic work environment.

Mentorship

Mentorship is a cornerstone of our internship program. Each intern will be paired with one of our senior leaders, who will provide dedicated one-to-one coaching and support throughout the entire program duration.
