About the Internship Program:

Our internship program provides an immersive, impactful, and hands-on experience, designed to fully embed you within a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.

Key Program Details:

• Location & Flexibility: Internships are available remotely across the United States.
• Diverse Teams: Opportunities span a wide array of departments, including but not limited to Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Talent.
• Program Duration: Internships generally run for a period of 12 weeks.
• Full Immersion: You will be fully integrated into your assigned team, contributing to live projects and initiatives from day one.
• Team Composition: Our vibrant teams comprise a mix of staff-level college students and driven, exceptional 19-year-olds, fostering a collaborative and energetic atmosphere.

Exceptional Mentorship:

Mentorship is a cornerstone of our internship experience. Every intern will be paired one-to-one with one of our senior leaders, who will provide dedicated coaching, guidance, and comprehensive support throughout the entire program.
