Job Description

The internship program at Nationwide Financial offers a 12-week immersive experience (May – August, 40 hours/week) for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree within 2-3 semesters of graduation. The program provides a chance to work on high-impact projects, receive professional development, and network with experienced professionals and senior-level executives.

The internship program focuses on a variety of roles including Project Management, Operations, and Sales. The work you perform will be meaningful and integral to Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree within 2-3 semesters of graduation.
• Understanding or interest in the financial services industry.

Important Notes:

• Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.
• Sponsorship for qualifying positions is determined at Nationwide’s sole discretion based on business needs and budget, but it is not usually available for entry-level roles.

• The position can be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states.
• Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure, with the national hourly pay range for Nationwide Internships being: $21 – $50.
