Job Description: Internship at ALKU

ALKU offers a comprehensive internship designed for individuals eager to jumpstart their career in sales and recruiting. This is a hands-on opportunity where interns are expected to drive ALKU business forward from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business leads.
Outreach: Engage with potential clients and candidates through various communication channels.
Sourcing Efforts: Utilize diverse methods to find and qualify top talent.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges on the fly and find effective solutions within the sales cycle.
Sales Cycle Immersion: Gain familiarity with every aspect of the sales cycle, understanding both the client and candidate sides.
Professional Networking: Develop and expand a professional network within the industry.

Training & Mentorship:

Specialized Intern Training Program, “Circuit”: This program provides hands-on experience, skill development, and real-time feedback from day one.
Dedicated Sales Mentor: Each intern is teamed up with a seasoned, full-time ALKU sales mentor who serves as a continuous point of reference, guidance, and support.
