Description: Intern, Wellbeing & Engagement: LA – Summer 2025

This internship is based in Los Angeles and requires regular in-office presence aligned with the intern manager’s schedule. The Wellbeing & Engagement team within WBD’s People & Culture department focuses on employee wellbeing across five dimensions: mental, physical, financial, social, and family.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate communications, marketing, and events for assigned wellbeing programs in the US and Latin America, under the direction of the Wellbeing & Engagement Lead.
• Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring legal compliance for assigned programs.
• Assist in the daily operations of Global Wellbeing programming in partnership with the global team.
• Plan and coordinate on-site events across US offices, with a focus on West Coast locations.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Currently pursuings & Experience:

Passion for wellbeing is essential.
• Experience supporting large-scale events is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, efficient, and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across a global workforce.
• Team player with a passion for working with diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the internship’s duration (proof required).
Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older) in good academic standing (3.0 GPA or above).
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.

Additional Details:

The internship is a paid opportunity ($19 per hour USD for undergrad interns) lasting 11 weeks, with two start date options (June 2nd or June 9th). Interns work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity. Relocation is not provided. Credit is not required but documentation for school credit can be provided if needed.
