Transfer Pricing Practice:

The team focuses on helping clients develop transfer pricing methodologies, defend audits, and ensure compliant documentation for global intercompany transactions.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze & Resolve Issues: Work collaboratively to understand and solve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises.
Client Collaboration: Become an integral part of the client-facing team, developing a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and industries.
Perform Analyses: Conduct detailed economic and financial analyses, as well as complex modeling and empirical analyses.
Draft & Present: Assist in drafting proposals, reports, document requests, client presentations, and other client materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Academic Excellence: Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.0)
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to perform detailed economic and financial analyses.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to apply problem-solving skills to complex business challenges.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Prioritization & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a team environment.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams, both in-person and virtually.
Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel up to 15%, on average, for client engagements.
Hybrid Work Model: Ability to work in a hybrid model requiring US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week.
Academic Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or advanced degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, international relations, or a related field.

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Wage Range: $27 to $50, taking into account factors such as experience, skills, and location.
