Job Description:

This is an entry-level internship/trainee position for students in their 3rd or 4th year of a degree program. As an intern, you’ll be part of a team of problem solvers, working on complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support research, analysis, and problem-solving using various tools and techniques.
• Produce high-quality work adhering to professional standards.
• Stay updated on technical developments in your area of specialization.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyze data responsibly.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong GPA (preferred cumulative and major GPA of 3.3).
• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in operational M&A and divestitures, including pre-deal due diligence, integration and separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis.
• Knowledge in one or more functional areas: Finance, IT, HR, or Supply Chain/Operations.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Ability to leverage AI to improve efficiency.
• Flexibility to travel for client assignments.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
