Job Description
This role is within the Valuations practice, part of Deals Transaction Services at PwC. As an Intern/Trainee, you will be part of a team that helps organizations unlock greater deal value. You will contribute to the team by:
• Researching Financial Risks: Analyzing potential financial risks associated with transactions.
• Providing Forecast Analysis: Developing and analyzing financial forecasts to support valuation opinions.
• Developing Financial Models: Creating complex financial models to assess the value of businesses or assets.
Your work will directly support the team in providing fair and accurate valuation advice to clients, ultimately helping them enhance their deal value.

Qualifications:
• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
• No prior experience required
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3
• Preferred major GPA: 3.3
• Proven interest in obtaining advanced degrees and/or professional designations (CPA, ASA, CFA) related to Transaction Services.
• Demonstrated experience in performing Transaction Services in a professional services culture that emphasizes:
• Creative and innovative problem-solving
• Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Interacting with various levels of client and firm management in both written and verbal form
