Job Description: Intern / Trainee in Valuations Practice, Deals Transaction Services
This entry-level position offers the opportunity to contribute to a team of problem solvers who help solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As an intern, you will:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• Strong academic record, with a preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher.
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing advanced degrees and/or professional designations (CPA, ASA, CFA) related to Transaction Services.
• Proven ability to problem-solve creatively and innovatively.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and firm management.
• Self-motivated and responsible for personal growth and development.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive working attitude.
