Description – Intern / Trainee – Transfer Pricing Services

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals in their 3rd or 4th year of undergraduate studies or their 4th year of a 5-year degree program. As an intern, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, assisting with complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your focus will be on:

Helping clients develop compliant and tax-efficient structures that advance their business goals. This includes working on all aspects of:

Documentation planning: You will assist in developing comprehensive documentation for intercompany pricing arrangements to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations.
Dispute resolution: You will support the team in navigating potential disputes with tax authorities related to transfer pricing.
Advance pricing agreements (APAs): You will gain exposure to the process of negotiating APAs with tax authorities to achieve certainty on pricing arrangements.

The team focuses on all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements between related business entities:

Transfers of intellectual property: Analyzing and documenting pricing for the transfer of intangible assets like patents, trademarks, or software.
Transfers of tangible goods: Evaluating and documenting the pricing of goods sold or transferred between related entities.
Services: Analyzing the pricing of services rendered between related companies.
Loans and other financing transactions: Assessing and documenting the pricing of loans, guarantees, and other financing transactions between related entities.
