Job Description: Intern / Trainee – Technology Consulting

This is an entry-level position ideal for students in their 3rd or 4th year of a degree program. As an Intern / Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. This role provides hands-on experience in Technology Consulting and allows you to contribute to projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

• Support research, analysis, and problem-solving using a variety of tools and techniques.
• Produce high-quality work that adheres to professional standards.
• Keep up-to-date with technical developments in your area of specialization.
• Handle, manipulate, and analyze data and information responsibly.
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner – both verbally and in written materials.
• Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred GPA: Cumulative and major GPA of 3.3 or higher.
Experience: While no prior experience is required, a basic understanding of Technology Consulting through coursework, experience, or internships is preferred.
Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and ability in the following areas:
• An interest in all aspects of Technology Consulting, with a desire to pursue a career in consulting.
• Strong teamwork skills, including building solid relationships and communicating effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks flexibly, understanding personal and team roles.
• Proactive approach to seeking guidance, clarification, and feedback.
• Proficiency in research and analysis of technical matters, including quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Skill in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of programming languages, relational database systems, server operating systems, networking technologies, application design principles, and cloud computing concepts.
• Proven ability to summarize complex subjects for reporting purposes.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 80%, as client assignments require.
