Job Description – Intern / Trainee

As an Intern / Trainee in PwC Technology Consulting, you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will:

Work alongside business leaders: You will gain valuable experience working with top-level executives to address their critical challenges.
Define client vision and strategy: You will help clients develop their vision and create a plan to achieve it.
Deliver technological solutions: You will contribute to developing and implementing technology solutions that help clients compete and grow.
Align IT with business strategy: You will help clients understand and evolve how they integrate Information Technology with their overall business strategy.
Create integrated end-to-end solutions: You will be part of a team that develops comprehensive solutions that address all aspects of a client’s needs.
Solve complex business problems: You will utilize your skills to solve intricate business issues using enterprise applications.

Qualifications:

Basic: Bachelor’s degree; 0 years of experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or other relevant fields; preferred cumulative GPA of 3.3; preferred major GPA of 3.3.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrate a proven interest in Technology Consulting; excellent teamwork skills; strong research and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; understanding of programming languages, relational database systems, server operating systems, networking technologies, application design, and other technical areas; ability to summarize complex information for reporting purposes; flexibility and willingness to travel.

Internship Program:

Client service internship positions are entry-level and typically targeted towards students in their 3rd year of a 4-year degree program or in their 4th year of a 5-year program. Interns typically join during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.
