Job Description

This is an entry-level position for interns or trainees within PwC’s Transfer Pricing services. As part of a team, you’ll contribute to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation planning: Assist in creating and reviewing documentation related to intercompany pricing arrangements.
Dispute resolution: Contribute to the resolution of transfer pricing disputes.
Advance pricing agreements (APAs): Support the negotiation and implementation of APAs.

Specific Focus Areas:

Intercompany pricing arrangements: Work with various aspects of intercompany pricing, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services, loans, and other financing transactions.
