Job Description: Intern / Trainee
As an Intern / Trainee, you will:
• Work as part of a team solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Job Requirements and Preferences:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology, Computer Programming, Web Design, Business Application Programming, or Computer Applications.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Client service internship positions are typically open to students in their 3rd or 4th year of a 4-year or 5-year degree program.
• Internships usually take place during winter/spring or summer prior to graduation.
• Demonstrated understanding of advanced programming concepts and object-oriented design patterns, emphasizing data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with technologies like MS SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Visual Basic.Net – C#.Net, .NET Framework, ASP .NET and/or ASP .NET MVC, Visual Basic .NET, Database Design, MS SQL, HTML – Visual Studio .NET, MS Teamsystem, Software Development Lifecycle, and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
• Proven ability to interact with clients and firm management through written and verbal communications.
• Client-service orientation, creative problem-solving skills, ability to execute multiple deliverables simultaneously, and research skills to deliver relevant client, industry, and technical information.
• Self-motivation and a desire for personal and career development.
• Experience researching business and industry trends to develop points of view for proposals.
• Exposure to automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including experience with: MS SQL Server 2008 or 2012, Visual Basic.Net – C#.Net, .NET Framework, ASP .NET and/or ASP .NET MVC, Visual Basic .NET, Database Design, MS SQL, HTML – Visual Studio .NET, MS Teamsystem, Software Development Lifecycle, and Agile Methodologies (Scrum, etc.).
