About PwC Transfer Pricing Services

PwC’s Transfer Pricing services team helps clients develop compliant and tax-efficient structures that align with their business goals. This includes focusing on:

Documentation Planning: Developing comprehensive documentation to support intercompany pricing arrangements.
Dispute Resolution: Representing clients in transfer pricing disputes with tax authorities.
Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs): Negotiating APAs with tax authorities to provide certainty on transfer pricing.

The team works with all aspects of intercompany pricing arrangements, including:

Transfers of Intellectual Property: Determining the value of intangible assets transferred between related companies.
Transfers of Tangible Goods: Setting appropriate pricing for the exchange of goods between related entities.
Services and Loans: Establishing fair prices for services rendered and loans provided between related companies.
Other Financing Transactions: Analyzing the tax implications of various financing arrangements between related entities.

Job Description: Intern/Trainee

Qualifications:

Minimum Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
Required Fields of Study: Economics, Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields (e.g., Business Administration/Management, International Business, Management, Quantitative Finance).

Internship Opportunities:
