About the Internship – Supply Chain:
This internship provides valuable, hands-on experience in Honeywell’s end-to-end supply chain operations. Interns will work closely with the supply chain team, supporting functions like procurement, production, logistics, and distribution. The role involves optimizing processes, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
The intern will contribute to the following areas:
• Procurement: Assisting with procurement activities, including supplier management and contract negotiation.
• Production Planning & Inventory Management: Supporting production planning and inventory management processes.
• Logistics: Assisting with logistics coordination and tracking shipments.
• Data Analysis & Improvement: Analyzing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
The internship offers exposure to the operations of a Fortune 100 supply chain, working with diverse products (aero and space products, consumer products, or chemicals). Interns will gain experience in procuring raw materials, transforming them into finished products, and shipping finished goods to customers.
