Summer Internship Program at TransUnion
TransUnion’s Summer Internship Program offers an opportunity to use and develop skills learned in school while participating in engaging events, including:

Job Description: Intern, Strategic Planning
This is a hybrid position, involving both virtual and in-person work at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week.
What You’ll Do:
• Training & Skill Development: Receive training in the financial service industry, technical skills like AWS, and utilize desktop research for consultative services.
• Quantitative Analysis: Leverage extensive datasets and statistical software to develop and execute strategic quantitative analysis.
• Data Investigation: Investigate and report on complex data interactions to help identify and address client’s key strategic business opportunities.
• Model Creation: Create statistical data models to be used in the development of client portfolio strategies.
• Result Analysis: Analyze and interpret results of reports and models, translating data into actionable solutions for clients.
• Communication: Effectively communicate analytical results and strategic implications in a business context.
What You’ll Bring:
• Education: BS or advanced degree in statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance, or a related field. Graduation date no later than June 2026.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Quantitative & Qualitative Skills: Demonstrated skills in both areas.
• Communication: Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Software Familiarity: Familiarity with SQL, AWS, and/or SAS or other data mining or statistical software is desired.
No prior technical skills are required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
