What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Assist with the meticulous preparation of Kimco’s quarterly Form 10-Q filing.
• Support: Partner with the Corporate Accounting team to prepare essential leads for the quarter-end close process.
• Analyze: Build and utilize analyses with AI tools to support various accounting projects.
• Audit: Provide assistance with internal controls audit procedures to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate: Support the planning and preparation efforts related to Kimco hosting the AdHoc Conference.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a business-oriented major.
• Experience: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; demonstrated ability to learn new internal systems efficiently.
• Skills: Strong written communication, verbal communication, and analytical skills; ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of internal and external customers.
• Bonus: Academic focus or specialization in real estate.
