What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Controls Support: Assist senior consultants on construction and project management engagements by supporting schedule tracking, documentation, and client communications, gaining practical experience in project lifecycle management.
• Healthcare and Environmental Advisory: Work alongside experienced advisors on initiatives spanning healthcare technology, data analytics, AI integration, and environmental advisory, particularly engaging with policy, science, and technology intersections impacting communities.
• AI and Digital Design Contributions: Support senior consultants on artificial intelligence and digital design consulting projects, applying creative problem-solving skills to emerging technologies and digital solutions.
• Professional Development & Mentorship: Engage in real consulting experiences from day one, receiving structured mentorship from seasoned industry professionals to foster career growth.
• Career Advancement Pathway: Be considered for junior consultant or administrative staff placement for top performers, offering a clear pathway for career advancement within the growing firm.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program, ideally pursuing studies in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, Information Technology, or closely related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated awareness of the environmental considerations surrounding data centers, AI infrastructure, and technology development, along with a keen interest in how policy, science, and technology intersect to impact communities and the environment.
• Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, professional demeanor, dependability, eagerness to learn, and a clear motivation to grow within a professional services environment, coupled with an aptitude for creative problem-solving.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to project management tools like P6 or Power BI is a plus, or a strong enthusiasm for emerging technologies and digital design concepts.
