Learning Operations Intern – Data & Platform Quality | Source Intelligence

The Tone:
This is an internship at Source Intelligence, offered remotely within the United States. Source Intelligence builds and maintains learning platforms and internal systems that are critical for our operations and customer engagement. This role is crucial for supporting ongoing improvements that enhance the functionality and reliability of these resources. The intern will play a key part in ensuring precise data accuracy, maintaining robust platform quality, and standardizing content across various systems, directly contributing to operational excellence with measurable impact for our customers and internal stakeholders.

• Mission: To support the continuous improvement of Source Intelligence’s learning platforms and internal systems by focusing on precise data accuracy, robust platform quality, and consistent content standardization to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Data Management: Take responsibility for thoroughly reviewing and meticulously updating customer records within our internal systems. This includes precise management of access codes, accurate configuration of group structures, and systematic organization of account data to ensure all information is current and correct.
• Data Integrity & Structure Maintenance: Proactively identify and process information related to inactive or churned customers to maintain the highest level of data accuracy. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that all platform data remains well-structured, reliable, and optimized for ongoing operational use.
• Comprehensive Platform Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic and thorough quality assurance testing across various training platforms. This involves performing diligent checks to identify any potential issues that could affect platform functionality and overall user experience.
• Content Standardization & Usability Enhancement: Meticulously identify and document formatting issues, content inconsistencies, and usability gaps detected during quality assurance activities. Your detailed findings will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements in platform quality and promoting a seamless user experience.

• Background: A student who is actively eligible to receive academic credit for this internship. This role is ideally suited for individuals with a foundational interest in data operations, learning management systems, or broader process improvement initiatives.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience are required, but a demonstrated comfort or interest in working with structured data and understanding system functionalities is highly valued.
• Skills: Possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the proven ability to work effectively and autonomously in a remote work environment.
