Job Description: Intern Marketing

The Intern, Marketing position at HMH Hospitals Corporation in Edison, New Jersey, is a temporary, day shift role without benefits, focused on providing support in various marketing-related areas.
Role Summary:
This internship offers an opportunity to gain on-the-job experience by handling tasks in diverse marketing functions within the organization, specifically within the Physician Enterprise division. The intern will provide necessary support in a network function and contribute to the team’s daily operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assistance with Daily Operations: The intern will assist department team members with their daily operations as assigned. The nature of these assignments will vary depending on the specific department where the intern is placed.
• Project Work: The intern will work on various projects as needed, which will provide them with a working knowledge of the organization and its functions.
• Compliance: Adherence to the standards identified in the Medical Center’s Organizational Competencies is required.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work.
Qualifications:
Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Education: High School diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Skills: Proficiency in computer skills.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Education: College experience is preferred.
Compensation:
The position offers a flat rate of $18.25 Hourly. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted rate is a good faith estimate of the minimum base pay and does not reflect the full value of the market-competitive total rewards package. The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as labor market data, relevant work experience, education and certifications, demonstrated skills, geographic location, internal equity, and departmental budgets or grant funding. Some roles may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, commissions, or shift differentials for specific work hours.
