What You’ll Actually Do
• End-User Support: Provide direct technical assistance to end-users through various channels including phone, email, and in-person walk-ins.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and troubleshoot a range of IT problems, working towards successful and timely resolutions.
• IT Equipment Management: Learn and execute the processes for imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user laptops.
• Independent Work: Execute delegated IT support tasks independently while reporting to Support Specialists.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a student currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Technical, or Bachelor’s Degree program in a related field.
• Experience: Possess prior hands-on experience working with laptops and general computer systems.
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office suite; Exhibit strong customer service capabilities.
